Reliable for bulk emails

This was my third time using SendX, mainly for bulk email sending, and it's been consistently reliable. My previous two experiences were good too; they keep things simple and functional. I've always found their deliverability optimization to be effective, which is key for my business. I started with their free trial a while back and eventually moved to an annual plan for the discount. It's not flashy, but it gets the job done without issues, unlike some other platforms I've tried before.

Good for email automation

Used SendX for email automation workflows. Setup was straightforward. Performance was as expected. It's a solid tool for the price. No complaints from my end.

Easy to use, great features

I just switched over to SendX for my newsletter campaigns and I'm really impressed! The drag and drop email editor was so intuitive, I had my first campaign ready in no time. I also used the list segmentation feature which made targeting my audience super easy. I've been looking for something like this for ages. Definitely shopping here again and telling my friends!

How good is SendX at actually getting emails into inboxes, not just spam folders? My current provider is terrible.

M Mia 3 weeks ago
They talk a lot about deliverability, and honestly, my open rates have gone up since I switched. They have something called AI inbox placement, which sounds fancy but seems to work.

It's been solid for me. Haven't had issues with emails going to junk much, which was a huge problem with my old platform.

What happens after the free trial ends if I don't buy? Do they just cut you off or nag you forever?

R Rosa A. 1 month ago
They just pause your account if you don't subscribe. No nagging as far as I remember.

Yeah, your account becomes inactive but you can reactivate it by picking a plan. No automatic charges or anything.

I'm a non-profit. Do they offer any kind of discount for organizations like ours?

G Gwen N. 1 month ago
I'm pretty sure they do. I saw it mentioned somewhere, maybe on their pricing page or in their FAQs.

Yeah, they have a non-profit discount. You probably need to contact their support or sales to get it set up though.

I see a lot of talk about a lifetime deal for SendX. Is that still a thing, or was it a limited-time offer from ages ago?

L Laura Ito 1 month ago
They did have one a while back, but I think those are pretty rare now. You might have missed it.

Yeah, I remember seeing that. Might pop up again during like a Black Friday sale, but I wouldn't count on it for everyday pricing.

Anyone know if you need a credit card just to try out SendX? Want to kick the tires but don't want to forget to cancel.

S Steve Y. 2 weeks ago
Nah, you don't need one for the 14-day trial. Just sign up and go.

Can confirm, I started my trial without putting in any card info. Pretty sweet.

Hey guys, thinking about switching to SendX from Mailchimp. Is the migration process actually smooth or is it a nightmare?

E Elena Doyle 1 month ago
I moved my list over last month, it was pretty straightforward. They have a guide and I didn't hit any major snags.

K Kevin 1 month ago
Yeah, I did it from ConvertKit. They don't charge you to move it, which is nice. Just export and import, pretty standard stuff.

Is SendX pretty beginner-friendly? I'm not super techy and need something easy to use.

T Tom 1 month ago
Definitely. The drag and drop editor is super intuitive, and setting up automations isn't too complicated either.

Compared to Mailchimp, I found it way less overwhelming. Good for someone just starting out, IMO.
